O Muffin de Chocolate

Olá meninas!

Mais uma moedinhaaaaa...mais uma voltinhaaaaaaa... e aí está mais uma sexta-feira...

Correu-me bem a pesagem, aliás, muito bem:

77,2 kg

-1,1 kg

Estou muito feliz pois constatei que continuo a perder peso. Estava a ficar assustada...tenho-me alimentado correctamente e ir ao ginásio faz parte também da minha rotina diária.

Espero que as pesagens tenham sido boas e que estejam animadas.

Não vou escrever mais pois estou sem tempo.

No entanto, quero deixar aqui um beijo assim ENORME para uma pessoa muito especial que anda em baixo. Para além do beijo deixo a letra de uma música:
